The hotel's central location made exploring Florence's historic sites a breeze, with the Santa Maria Novella train station just a short walk away. The charming room with a terrace offering views of San Lorenzo and the Duomo was perfect for our romantic escape. The attentive staff surprised us with a bottle of red wine for our anniversary, adding a special touch to our stay. The elegant room, featuring period elements and a spacious ensuite with a powerful shower, provided a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness enhanced our overall experience, making us feel truly welcome.
